InfantSEE® Program

InfantSEE is a public health program designed to ensure that eye and vision care becomes an integral part of infant wellness care to improve a child's quality of life. Under this program, we will provide a comprehensive infant eye assessment within the first year of life as a no cost public health service. For more information, visit www.infantsee.org.

Payment Options

Racine Optical Co. accepts a wide range of vision insurance plans including: VSP, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Wausau, BlueCross BlueShield, HCN and AHC. Feel free to ask us about coverage when scheduling your appointment.

We accept payments by cash, check and/or credit card.

Eyewear
A 50% down payment is required on all eyewear purchases with the remaining balance to be paid at dispensing.

Contact Lenses
Because contact lenses are a controlled prescription device, all orders must be paid for at the time of ordering.

Vision and Health Services
Payment in full is expected at the time service and care are given. If you have vision or health insurance, we will submit a claim to your insurance company for you. The balance on your account will remain your responsibility.

30 Day Return Policy
Please contact us within 30 days of dispensing your new eye wear if you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason. Refunds by Racine Optical Co. are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Professional fees are nonrefundable and the policy does not apply to damaged or abused materials.
